1/2 cup raw cacao butter, melted
1/2 Cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 – 4 hours
1/2 cup raw agave nectar
1 cup raw cacao powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
In a food processor fitted with the s blade, process cashews, melted cacao butter and agave until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well mixed and smooth.
chill in freezer for 10 – 20 minutes. This will make it easier to roll into truffles. Once chilled, roll with your hands into balls and then roll in your choice of shredded coconut, raw cacao nibs or raw cacao powder. Store in fridge.
Guilt free and good for you!
You can also add dried fruits, nuts, mint extract, whatever you like to be creative.
