Ingredients
• 2 cups cashew milk
• 1/2 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons Nama Shoyu
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• Salt to taste (sea salt)
• Garnish: Diced mushrooms
Just put everything in the blender and top with some diced fresh mushrooms! If you’d like it to be warm, just blend until it heats up a little.
