Easy Chia Pudding

This can be a fun breakfast and will give you energy for the day!

2 heaping TB chia seeds
1 cup non-dairy milk
2 tsp. maple syrup
Fresh fruit like berries

In a bowl, combine chia seeds and milk. Whisk together with a fork, then wait a couple of minutes and whisk again to keep seeds from clumping. Add maple syrup and whisk again to combine. Cover and put in fridge. Allow the seeds to absorb the liquid for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. Then remove from fridge and top with your favorite fruits!
