Welcoming in the Fall, welcoming in the changes!

Perhaps you have noticed that we are in a period of time where there is a lot of change happening, some of it not very easy. How can we gracefully navigate this time of transition? The simplest way to regain your calm center when all about you is swirling and twirling, is to sit or stand up very straight and breathe as deeply as you can, for as long as you can. Notice your mind and body relax.
