Last 2 classes in the Zoom Series
“The Kundalini Yogi as Mystic”
classes are on Thursdays from 6-7:30 pm
Each class will include warmups, Kundalini yoga, and meditation as well as time to discuss each evening’s topic.
If you haven’t signed up for the whole series, we still have 2 classes left, and drop ins are welcome
for $22 per class.

Jan. 5: “Transfiguration” The marriage of immanence and transcendence, the sacred masculine and feminine. We will work with the chant Sita/Ram.
Jan. 12: “Awe” Becoming a midwife warrior rooted in wonder. We will include poetry from Hadewijch of Antwerp.
