Cilantro Matcha Cashew Spread
makes 1 cup of spread
*1 cup cashews, soaked overnight, rinsed, and drained
1/3 cup cilantro, packed
1 1/2 TB chia seeds
1 1/2 TB matcha green tea powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1TB fresh lime juice
1/2 cup water
Blend all ingredients in a food processor, scraping down the sides often. Great on toast with cucumber slices and sun dried tomatoes!
