Serves 2 – 3
2 cups packed spinach
1 1/4 cups roughly chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup almonds, soaked for 8 hours
1/4 avocado
1 garlic clove
1 TB nutritional yeast
1/4 cup tightly packed fresh parsley
1/4 cup tightly packed fresh dill
1 tsp. light miso or 1/2 tsp. salt or more to taste
water until desired consistency is reached
Blend all ingredients until smooth!
