Berry Coconut Smoothie

Smoothies are a great portable meal. Wonderful when you need some nutrition but don’t want a lot of heavy food. This one is great for anti-aging!

Take two handfuls of greens of your choice, and add with 1 1/2 cups of coconut water to the blender. Blend until smooth, and then add 1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen), and 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen). Blend until smooth, and drink, or take it with you for nutrition throughout your day.
