Recently I went out to my garden, picked some kale, corn, and serrano peppers, and made this easy and delicious salad!
Take about 10 leaves of kale, wash well, and chop very finely.
Put in a bowl, and add the kernels from one ear of fresh corn. Then finely chop 2 serrano peppers (or more if you like it hot!) and add to the kale and corn.
Dress this sald with the following ingredients to taste:
toasted sesame oil
vegetable salt &/or sea salt
nutritional yeast flakes
Toss well and massage into the kale, eat and enjoy!
