Fall is really here! Already we feel the shorter days and longer nights. Leaves are beginning to fall. As we experience less sunlight, it’s important that we feel a connection to our inner light. In Kundalini Yoga, we have practices that connect us to our Radiant Body, the brilliant part of our aura or energy field.
