1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup organic walnut halves and/or pieces
1 cup organic raisins
4 organic dried dates
2 TB sesame seeds
Simply put all ingredients in your food processor and process into a rich sticky dough. Then shape into round cookie shapes and put in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
This is a great healthy raw food snack.
If you are sensitive to chocolate, you can substitue the cacao with carob powder.
