(makes 64 1″ bars)
1 cup cashews
3 TB cacao powder
1 TB melted coconut oil
1 TB agave or other liquid sweetener
1. Process cashews in a high speed blender.
2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together powdered cashews, coconut oil and sweetener.
3. Press into glass 8 X 8 pan and place in fridge.
1/2 cup hemp seed powder
2/3 cup dried unsweetened coconut
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup softened coconut oil
2 TB maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together, spread over crust layer, return to fridge.
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup agave or other liquid sweetener
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour over crust/filling mixture. Chill until set, cut into small bars, and enjoy!
