1 1/2 cups Thai coconut water
1 1/2 cups pure water
1/2 yellow onion, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Nama shoyu
In a high speed blender, comgine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into serving bowl, and using a ladle, remove and discard any foam that rises to the top.
great with a salad and some raw crackers!
